The film stars Lena Nozizwe’s father, Hulme Thamsanqa Siwundhla, Ph.D.

“A Father to Dye For” came in second in ALFA’s 2014 Short Film Competition on Ageism and was a finalist in the 2014 My Hero International Film Festival.
